Just a quick message to wish you a happy #WorldPaellaDay.
The Paella was born in Valencia and has become a universal dish cooked all over the world. But for Valencians, the Paella is much more than a dish. It’s a way of celebrating, of sharing happiness and good moments with our most beloved ones.
With Summer just about to finish, I think it’s a good moment to celebrate that the worst of this pandemic has gone and that we’re in the right path to recuperate our previous life.
In Valencia with more than 75% of population already fully vaccinated, we have just celebrated a special fallas edition, we have scheduled a great Autumn/Winter agenda and we’re just about to present the amazing program of Valencia World Design Capital 2022.
So there’s no excuse to visit Valencia city.
