Mogotel Hotel Group announces the beginning of a strategic partnership with Marriott International – one of the world’s largest hospitality companies. For Mogotel Hotel Group, this marks an important stage of development, opening a new chapter of international growth and strengthening the Baltics’ position on the global hospitality map.
As part of the partnership, two new projects under Marriott International brands will be launched in Latvia. The first project is the introduction of StudioRes by Marriott, a new extended stay brand, which will become not only the first property of the brand in Latvia, but also one of the first in Europe. The second project includes the rebranding of one of the existing Mogotel Hotel Group hotels under the Four Points Flex by Sheraton brand.
Both projects reflect the ambition to develop modern hospitality concepts and expand the international presence in the region.
StudioRes by Marriott is a new accommodation concept designed for guests choosing longer stays and valuing a combination of comfort, functionality, and flexibility. Meanwhile, Four Points Flex by Sheraton offers a modern approach to quality and affordable accommodation, combining international service standards with practicality and convenience for today’s travelers.
The new projects also create additional opportunities for the partners of Mogotel Hotel Group. The Sales & Cooperation team is already actively introducing the new hotels to the market, sharing the first details with corporate clients, agencies and tourism partners. The addition of Marriott International brands to the Mogotel Hotel Group portfolio makes the offering even more diverse and allows to meet a wider range of guest and partner needs.
The opening of the projects is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. Follow the news and social media channels of Mogotel Hotel Group — more details about the projects and cooperation with Marriott International will be announced soon.
