| A temporary operating permit has been granted to Ethiopian Airlines to launch a new flight service to Mauritius starting next month, unlocking critical new trade and travel links with West Africa. The carrier will operate a total of 30 flights between 15 June and 30 September, averaging roughly two rotations per week. Using Addis Ababa as its strategic hub, the new route is expected to significantly boost the island nation’s regional connectivity. |
