Sandals and Beaches Resorts have been gradually reopening to international travellers.
Attached is the current list of scheduled reopening dates, although please note that these are
subject to change.
Customers due to arrive at any Sandals or Beaches Resort before the 31st October 2020 can
rebook their stay for a later date. The rate will be protected for the accommodation in the same
or similar room category at the same resort. Name changes on the accommodation part of the
booking are available without a penalty. Blackout dates apply. Cancellations and refunds are
available, as per the terms in the contract.
Customers with bookings affected by the scheduled re-opening dates of Sandals and Beaches
Resorts can choose from one of the following options (blackout dates apply):
– Amend to an alternative date when the resort that they booked is reopen and their rate
will be protected for the same or similar room category at the same resort
– Amend to an alternative resort on the same Island and their rate will be protected for
the same or similar room category
– Amend to an alternative destination and resort and their rate will be protected for the
same or similar room category
Please note, policies may change or be withdrawn in the future.
