Plant-Based Fine Dining Experience on the Alpe di Siusi
The OMNIA Plant-Based Restaurant will open on the Seiser Alm in South Tyrol on December 16, 2024. It is located right next to the Paradiso Pure.Living Vegan Hotel, for which Charami revised the culinary concept in March 2024. The vegan hotel’s second restaurant was not designed as a hotel restaurant but as a restaurant for external guests.
6 Tables and 9 Courses
Reservations are essential to ensure a table, as OMNIA has only six tables for an exclusive atmosphere in the breathtaking setting of the Dolomites at over 2,000 meters.
