Czech boutique PR agency First Impact Communications announces a new strategic partnership with Mandarin Oriental Prague. As of March 2026, the agency will be responsible for delivering comprehensive PR and communication services for one of the most prestigious luxury hotels in the Czech Republic.

Under the partnership, First Impact Communications will oversee media relations, influencer marketing and brand awareness initiatives across 14 Central and Eastern European markets. The agency becomes a key strategic communications partner for Mandarin Oriental Prague in the CEE region.

Mandarin Oriental Prague is consistently ranked among the most luxurious hotels in the Czech Republic and enjoys an exceptional reputation among both domestic and international guests. The new communications strategy aims to further strengthen the hotel’s position in key regional markets, deepen relationships with leading media outlets and expand collaborations with relevant luxury hospitality influencers.

Originally opened on 12 September 2006, Mandarin Oriental, Prague is a distinctive blend of historical heritage and contemporary luxury. Set within a former medieval monastery in the heart of Malá Strana, one of Prague’s oldest districts, the hotel was developed in close collaboration with the Monuments Preservation Office to ensure the careful restoration and protection of the site’s architectural legacy. The property comprises a collection of Renaissance and Baroque buildings, thoughtfully complemented by a modern extension that creates a refined contrast between past and present. Today, the hotel stands as a remarkable example of how heritage preservation can coexist seamlessly with world-class hospitality.

The hotel features 99 rooms and suites, including 20 suites across 10 categories, each uniquely designed to honour the building’s original character while offering contemporary comfort. Many rooms showcase vaulted ceilings, polished parquet floors and luxurious limestone bathrooms, while the Signature and Presidential Suites provide exceptional space and views, including a private terrace overlooking Prague Castle. Guests can experience authentic Czech cuisine at Monastiq Restaurant, unwind in the award-winning Spa located in a former Renaissance chapel, where original Gothic walls remain visible, or host meetings and events in the hotel’s elegant monastery spaces. Mandarin Oriental, Prague offers an unparalleled sense of place, combining centuries of history with elevated modern design in one of Europe’s most captivating cities.
