AIR ASTANA will be among the first carriers who will move to the newly refurbished Terminal 2 at Frankfurt Airport as of June 1, 2021.
As of June 1, 2021 all Air Astana flights incl. Uralsk (URA) and Atyrau (GUW) will be operating as of Terminal 2. Check-in counters will be provided in Hall E and premium customers – including business class passengers as well as Nomad Club Gold and Diamond – will have access to the Priority Lounge.

How to get from T1 to T2:
- via SkyLine
Runs every 2-3 minutes between the Terminals – areas A, B, C or Z (Terminal 1) and areas D or E (Terminal 2)
- via Shuttle bus
Departure every 10 minutes. Operations from 5.30 a.m. to 11.30 p.m.
Stops in front of Terminals 1 and 2 and the bus parking lot P36 for long-distance buses
- There is also a possibility to walk from one to the other Terminal, however we recommend using one of the 2 options mentioned above.
