Responsible Incentive Travel Day 2026 – 3rd Edition
In the third edition of our event, we put people at the heart of everything we do.
We focus on human wellbeing, needs and experiences, because we believe that wellbeing is becoming the true standard of sustainable and responsible MICE.
During Responsible Incentive Travel Day 2026, we will explore:
how to design incentive travel and events with people in mind,
how wellbeing drives engagement, relationships and effectiveness,
how AI can support the creation of more sustainable incentive trips and events — smarter, more responsible and with real impact.
The conference will open with a keynote by Nina Żukowska:
“Brain-friendly incentive travel: designing high-impact programmes that strengthen engagement, relationships and performance.”
